1. HOW MANY VARIANTS ARE THERE?

There are 3 variants.​

2. WHAT PACK SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

The product is available in an 800ml.​

3. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF COMFORT CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER?

18 months from date of manufacture​

4. HOW SHOULD I USE COMFORT CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER?

Comfort is designed for your laundry and should be used as follows:​

* 1 cap / 40 ml​

* Front Loader: Dose in the specified drawer.​

* Top Loader: Dose in the specified drawer. ​

* 1/2 cap / 20ml Handwashing, small loads (10 shirts): Add in the final rinse water.​

* 1 cap / 40ml Handwashing, regular loads (20 shirts): Add in the final rinse water.​

If using a pouch, please see the following:​

1. Grab your empty Comfort bottle and twist the cap off.​

2. Cut along the dotted line to open your value pouch.​

3. Carefully pour 800ml liquid into your empty Comfort 800ml bottle.​

4. Use just one small cap (40ml) to get Comfort's long-lasting freshness​

5. DOES THE FORMULATION CONTAIN COLOUR AND PERFUME?

The formulation does not contain colourant, but it does contain fragrance.​

6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMFORT CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER AND OTHER FABRIC SOFTENERS?

Comfort is concentrated, only a small amount (20ml* or 40ml) is required to give you the softness and the fragrance benefit you are looking for, while with other fabric conditioners you need to add more than approximately double the amount (100ml). The long-lasting benefit comes from an encap that is used in the product to give that effect.​

7. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FABRIC CONDITIONER AND FABRIC SOFTENER?

There is no difference, both deliver the same benefits.​

8. WHAT IS A CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER?

With a concentrated Fabric conditioner, only a small amount (20ml* or 40ml) is required to give you the softness and the fragrance benefit you are looking for, while with other fabric conditioners you need to add more than double the amount (60-100ml).

9. HOW MUCH FABRIC CONDITIONER / FABRIC SOFTENER SHOULD I USE WHEN DOING MY WASHING

Please follow dosage instruction at the back or on the side of your Comfort bottle to learn how much to use in a machine or when handwashing.​

10. DOES COMFORT CONTAIN ENCAPS?

Yes, all our Comfort variants contain encaps (except Pure variant).​

11. HOW DOES ENCAPS WORK?

The encaps deposit onto fabrics during washing and remain there even for very long storage periods. When wearing your garment and you move the encap breaks and perfume is slowly released to give a freshness for much longer than can be achieved with normal perfumes.​

12. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DELUXE AND CORE RANGE?

Comfort Deluxe includes Coltide whereas the newly launched variants, like the current Core Range, does not. The Coltide in Deluxe provides care benefit - protects colours & fibres.​

13. CAN COMFORT CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER BE USED ON ALL GARMENTS?

Yes, please follow pack instructions and your garment care labels.​

14. IS COMFORT-CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER HYPOALLERGENIC AND DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED?

There is only one variant that has been dermatologically testes – Pure. However, product safety is a priority for Unilever and all our products are rigorously assessed before being made available on the market.​

15. I CANNOT FIND COMFORT LAVENDER/ REFRESHING/ REJUVENATING ON SHELF?

We have reintroduced Lavender as Calming Lavender. We have discontinued Refreshing and Rejuvenating.​

16. WHERE CAN I USE THE PRODUCT?

The product can be used with most fabrics. If you have any doubts carefully read the labels instructions or try the product on an inconspicuous area first.​

17. WHAT IS THE UNILEVER APPROACH TO MATERIAL SOURCING, CHEMICALS AND ECO-FRIENDLY ISSUES?

Raw Material sourcing for Comfort is aligned with the USLP ambitions of eco-friendly/sustainable sourcing. Moreover, there are no additional ingredients present in the product, which within the current knowledge of Unilever and in the concentrations applicable, are classified as hazardous to health or the environment.​

18. HOW SHOULD I STORE THE PRODUCT?

Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use. Keep bottle upright. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Store in a dry, cool place. Store away from foodstuffs. Keep away from children.​

19. HOW SHOULD I DISPOSE OF THE BOTTLE ONCE THE PRODUCT IS FINISHED?

The bottle of Comfort Concentrated Fabric Conditioner is made of HDPE containing 100% PCR and therefore, must be disposed of in the plastic collection following the instructions of your municipality. The Comfort Concentrated Pouch is 100% recyclable.

20. SPECIFIC REQUEST FOR FORMULATION/LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients used to manufacture Unilever’s products comply to stringent Safety and Environmental standards. Disclosure of ingredients on pack meet applicable regulatory requirements. The entire formulation list of chemical components is Unilever’s intellectual property and may only be shared with parties with which Unilever has a non-disclosure agreement (generally for business reasons).​

SAFETY

21. WHAT SAFETY TESTS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT ON THIS PRODUCT?

The product has been subjected to the usual Unilever mandatory safety clearance procedures. The safety advice is clearly marked on the label, inclusive of an external company for food safe clearances.​

22. IS IT NECESSARY TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN USING COMFORT CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER?

It is not necessary to use gloves, but it is a good practice in order to eliminate every type of risk of skin irritation: especially for people who are very sensitive to common chemicals like fragrances, soap and as good hygiene practice to protect against germs during particular dirty jobs.​

23. IS THE PRODUCT SAFE FOR SKIN?

It is recommended to wash hands thoroughly after handling. As always, we recommend reading and carefully following the safety recommendations on the back of the pack.​

24. IS COMFORT CONCENTRATED FABRIC CONDITIONER DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN?

All cleaning products should be always stored and kept well out of the reach of children.​

25. SOMEONE HAS INGESTED/SWALLOWED/INHALED HE PRODUCT. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? IF IN EYES:

Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.​

IF SWALLOWED: Seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.​

IF INHALED: Seek medical advice if symptoms occur.​

26. SHOULD I OPEN THE WINDOW WHEN I USE THE PRODUCT? IS THE SMELL DANGEROUS?

The smell of the product is not dangerous, although as with any product you use, if you feel a smell is becoming unpleasant, opening a window is a good idea.​

27. DO I NEED TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE PRODUCT SMELL AROUND ASTHMATIC SUFFERERS?

It should be noted that the product is fragranced but does not contain a strong malodour, however, if there is concern, then the person should not be near the product while being used.​

28. IS THE PRODUCT BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?

The Comfort Concentrated Fabric Conditioner range is safe, both for people and the environment, when used properly.
